1. RESERVATIONS
(a) By using this Website to make reservations with the hotels and resorts under Wisdom Inn, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other policies, terms and conditions that apply thereafter.
(b) You authorize us to use your personal information which may include credit/ debit card information that you provide to us for the purpose of your reservation with hotel under Wisdom Inn.
(c) Reservations made on this Website is strictly reserved for yourself and your guests. Any room reservations that are more than seven (7) rooms for the same period of stay and at the same hotel or resort under Wisdom Inn, you will have to contact the hotel or resort directly to make the reservation. All reselling reservations activities, whether online or offline to third parties including online agents, travel agents, or third-party owned website is prohibited.
(d) We reserve the rights to require proof of identity (e.g. passports or national identity cards) from all of the persons checking in the hotel under Wisdom Inn. Refusal to provide proof of identity will allow us to refuse your check in.
(e) We have the right to refuse a guest from checking in at our own discretion if the identity of the person does not match the reservation details provided.
(f) We reserve the rights to modify or cancel any reservations that have breached the Terms and Conditions, or is suspected/ reported to be made for fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised purposes.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
(a) The cancellation policy of a reservation made at any hotel or resort under Wisdom Inn may vary depending on factors which includes but not limited to room rates, room availability, or other hotel requirements.
(b) The cancellation policy will usually be provided during and upon confirmation of your reservation. Any reservation cancellation shall be in accordance with cancellation policy attached to each reservation.
3. PAYMENT
(a) Where applicable, you are personally liable for the payment of charges for usage and purchase of goods including services, food and beverages, spa activities, or any other activities available to your room during your stay, which may include any applicable service charge, duties, taxes, or tariffs. You are required to pay and settle all such charges fully upon receipt of hotel bill upon check out.
(b) You may have to provide your valid credit/ debit card information which includes full name, card type, card number, expiry date, and the three (3) digit CVV code at the time of booking to secure your reservation by prepayment, either during check in for guarantee or deposit purposes, or during check-out for bill settlement.
(c) If you check out of the hotel or resort without full settlement of the bill, you expressly and irrevocably authorize us to charge the outstanding amount to your credit/ debit card, which you either (i) used at the time of check-in, or (ii) provided to secure your reservation, or (iii) saved in your account (whichever is available).
(d) While all reasonable security measures will be taken to ensure that your credit/ debit card information is secured, you agree to hold us and our employees harmless and release us from any claims, liability, damage, or actions resulting from any loss, release, disclosure, or compromise of your credit/ debit card information caused by viruses, hacking activities, malware and malicious software, or any other unlawful interference of this Website’s system and its Products and Services.
5. PERSONAL GOODS
(a) You are advised not to bring any precious goods, valuable items, or cash in excessive amounts onto the hotel or resort premises. Any and all items or property brought along is done so at your own risk. Please ensure that all items of value are always stored securely in the safe deposit box available in each room.
(b) To the extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any items or property brought onto the hotel or resort premises.
